Kona-day 8 Just an early blurb-more to come later

I was out this morning (6am) looking to see if the ocean had brought anything new in it's tirade yesterday. I walked over to the little tide pool below us and swimming inside were 2 eels! One swam out and the other swam under the lava rocks back into his hidey hole. Then I traversed over to the cove to the right of us which is a nesting area for turtles and there was a turtle swimming around. I watched him for awhile swimming in the cove until he headed out for deeper water. I didn't bring my camera but it was still a nice way to start the day.
